“If you feel lost, disappointed, hesitant, or weak, return to yourself, to who you are, here and now and when you get there, you will discover yourself, like a lotus flower in full bloom, even in a muddy pond, beautiful and strong.”
About Mindfully Breathe
There is a critical need to nourish our being, calm our hearts, and be able to find our own relief from stress. We can't control much of what happens to us but we can learn to control our reactions. We can choose responses to the difficulties in our lives rather than follow habits we have created to cope with our stresses. Habits that may not serve us well. Learning mindfulness skills The key ingredients to living a happier, healthier well-balanced life, in my opinion, are using the skills you learn in an MBSR course.
Mindfully Breathe is dedicated to helping us all to leave happier, healthier well-balanced lives.
As Jon Kabat-Zinn says in his book-Wherever You go, There You Are,
“You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf".
Sarah Landau is an internationally accredited Mindfulness teacher. She has been teaching MBSR courses for the last 4 years in Barcelona and more recently on the Gold Coast. We can't change what happens to us but we can change our own habits and behavior. We can grow habits that nuture and work for us and let go of what habits no longer work in our best interest.
In 2015 Sarah graduated with 200 hours Mindfulness teacher training from Mindful Academy in Spain. She also is a qualified 200 hour Yoga Teacher.
