Mindfully Breathe Meditation

Learning to meditate can be challenging but just like any skill with time and practice, you will overcome any difficulties.  Sarah will come to you or hold classes in her studio. during a one on one session, she will help you overcome any difficulties and teach you the basics of how to meditate, leaving you relaxed and restored. 


Skype Meditation

If you would like a private meditation class but you're not on the Gold Coast, we can hold a Skype call where I will guide you through a relaxing 45 min meditation in the comfort of your own home. We can also do online learning with a weekly  45-minute session at pre-arranged times in which you are guided through an eight-week mindfulness programme. The distance learning course can begin at any date. In addition, if you have any queries or difficulties in between sessions, email and phone support is on hand.
