The practice of gratitude

Over the next week keep a record of 3 good things (little or big) that happened to you during the day and consider why they happened.
After this take a moment to reflect and breathe.

Just take a moment right now:
Remind yourself of  3 things that have happened today that please you that you are grateful for. Recall them and explore how gratitude feels in the body.
We can grow the good in the garden of our minds.

Just by recalling gratitude even if its from long ago we wire the neural pathways of our brain towards the positive.
